People tend to think of the 70's as a carefree, let's go down to the disco, peace love and happiness era. But for the Marauders and their friends, people couldn't have been more wrong.
Step into Hogwarts for the summer before the 1976-1977 School Year, where life is anything but peaceful. From a recent attack on Hogsmeade at a time students were present,to a plot to help further the Death Eaters advances to discord increasing exponentially among those against Voldemort, everyone is on their toes. Which side will prevail? Will you be the next to fall in the invisible fight right below Albus Dumbledore's nose? Where does your allegiance decode?
Even the most innocent-looking can be an enemy here. The time has come to decide upon your loyalties.

A brief on site history
We came to life December 7, 2002. Yes, 2002. Erised is a site that has been around for 7, almost 8 years. We're ancient! Before, Erised had a different home-- Avidgamers. Unfortunately, Avidgamers shut down one day without any warning and left us stranded. We then migrated to AcornRack, which is on a decline to death.
NEITHER OF THOSE THINGS STOPPED US! We're back! Again! On Proboards! We're in the process of pasting everything over from AcornRack before we find ourselves losing several years of data-again.
